Christmas Day on Henley Beach

After a leisurely start to the day, we took in a typical Aussie tradition – Christmas on the Beach! We packed a picnic lunch and drove down to Henley Beach.

While the sun shone, the wind blew. It was incredibly blustery and as such we moved our picnic up to a bench near the car park. Esther braved the beach the longest, while Doug, Sean and Carolyn walked the promenade to the Henley Jetty and back.

Carolyn left a little note of Canadiana in recognition of her first Christmas on the beach!
